Registered Nurse - Cath Lab - RN

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients within the Mayo Nursing Care Model. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal leadership activities, and quality improvement efforts. Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, acuity, fiscal accountability, and resource adequacy. Demonstrate excellent communication skills while mentoring and teaching. Participate on committees or projects as needed. Requires state licensure, completion of VisaScreen or equivalent certification, and eligibility for TN sponsorship.
