Job Summary
Cath Lab RN responsible for circulating cardiac and peripheral procedures, admission and recovery of patients, and ensuring high-quality nursing care in Banner Del Webb Medical Center’s Cardiac Cath Lab. Includes participating in a tenured team, following policy-based nursing care plans, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and supporting clinical education through onboarding and Cath Lab Academy. Requires organizing and delivering care across pre/post-procedure phases, while documenting care and communicating patient status to physicians and staff. Orientation is provided by an experienced preceptor; role involves patient assessment, plan of care development, and collaboration with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or compact license
- BLS certification required
- Cath Lab or Critical Care experience required
- Arizona fingerprint clearance and other state-specific requirements may apply
- Flexible orientation and onboarding provided
- 12 months Cath Lab experience minimum (new grad with less than 12 months not eligible)
