Job Summary
Manage a 24-bed recovery area for prep and recovery of inpatients and outpatients following emergent and elective cardiac procedures, including structural heart, electrophysiology, and peripheral work. Support TEE, cardioversion, and loop recorder implants within a high-volume environment handling over 180 annual STEMIs and 1200 annual PCIs, with approximately 90% of cath procedures performed radially. Maintain an efficient critical care team alongside registered cardiovascular specialists while continuously evaluating new techniques and technology to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Requires an active Michigan RN license, one year of critical care or cardiac cath lab experience, BCLS, and ACLS certification. Full-time flex schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Previous work experience in a Cardiac Cath lab or minimum of one year experience in critical care
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification
