Registered Nurse - Cath Lab PRN

Conduct highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients in the cath lab using the nursing process. Provide direct and indirect patient care, including safe and accurate medication and IV administration. Support the mission and strategic goals of Methodist Health System while ensuring quality care throughout the episode of care. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, coworkers, and the facility by adhering to general hospital standards and utilizing strong communication skills. Communicate complete, accurate, and timely patient information to the team, co-workers, patients, and family members. Assume responsibility for the educational process for patients and significant others. Work M-F with PRN status, requiring six months of RN experience and current Texas licensure.
