Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the cath lab using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications and IVs safely while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely written communication of patient information. Supervise assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to promote a collaborative environment and improve the patient experience. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and co-workers to evaluate their understanding of care. Take personal responsibility for performance and professional growth while adhering to hospital standards and policies.
