Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Cardiac Cath Holding at Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton, VA. Responsible for performing nursing care using the nursing process, adhering to standards of practice, and providing patient-centered care in a Cardiac Cath Holding setting. Requires ASN or RN Diploma with RN licensure; BSN/MSN preferred. BLS within 90 days of hire and ACLS within 1 year. Shift is a full-time days schedule (Three 12-hour shifts weekly) with possible longer hours when patients require it; sign-on bonus available. No call and no holidays on a typical schedule; patient care, coordination, education, and collaboration with the care team are essential. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ASN or RN Diploma (Required)
- RN licensure (Required)
- BLS within 90 days of hire
- ACLS within 1 year
- Experience in acute care (ICU, ED, etc) or cath lab (Strongly Preferred)
