Job Summary
Registered Nurse in an Arvida aged-care community leading clinical care and guiding a team to deliver proactive, resident-centred nursing. Responsible for assessments, care planning, and delivery of nursing procedures per accepted standards, documenting actions, and monitoring outcomes. Engage with residents and families, participate in continuous quality improvement, and support colleagues to ensure high-quality care. Ideal candidate will have NZQA level 7, a current practicing certificate, flexibility to pick up different shifts, and team leadership experience; Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI experience are preferred but not essential.
Required Qualifications
- NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor\'s degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma)
- A current practicing certificate
- Flexibility to pick up different shifts

- Good customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills
