Job Summary
Lead clinical assessments, planning, and delivery of care for older New Zealanders while supervising team members and ensuring medical instructions are correctly administered and documented. Provide proactive, person-centric services by communicating with residents and families, and participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Maintain a current practicing certificate and NZQA level 7 qualification, with flexibility to pick up different shifts. Experience in palliative care, dementia, and InterRAI is preferred. Required Qualifications
- NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma)
- A current practicing certificate
