Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Case Manager (PM Shift), coordinate and oversee the nursing care for residents, supervise day-to-day activities of assigned residents and staff, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services using clinical competence, review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care, and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure a safe, home-like environment while mentoring and educating a team of caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- previous nursing experience
