Job Summary
RN Leader in a Nurse-led Case Management team coordinating care for injured workers: advocating for patients, coordinating care with doctors/therapists/employers/adjusters, setting up services (home health, therapy, DME, home modifications), leading staff recruitment/onboarding and operations, and managing client satisfaction while traveling locally in Billings, MT. This role includes leadership responsibilities for nurses, documentation and billing support, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement with opportunities to impact the Montana presence.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana RN license
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 1+ year of nursing experience
- Management/Operations experience (1 year required)
- Case management experience (preferred)
- Willing to travel locally (about 50-75% of the time)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
