Job Summary
Deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. Full-time or per diem opportunities available in the San Fernando Valley, with full-time candidates expected to cover the Santa Clarita Valley as a backup. Requires a current California RN license, active CPR, health clearance, and successful Agency competency exam. Minimum one year of professional nursing experience needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment
- Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience
