Job Summary
Plan, organize, and coordinate hospice care and services for patients and family/caregivers in accordance with the plan of care across Owasso, Collinsville, Bartlesville, and surrounding areas. Maintain valid RN licensure in Oklahoma or a compact license, along with BLS CPR certification and reliable transportation with current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel. Salary is commensurate with experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and up to 136 accrued paid days off annually. Hospice experience is preferred.
