Job Summary
Attend medical appointments and provide onsite case management services for injured workers in the Denver metro area. Coordinate treatment plans with physicians and healthcare providers while communicating with adjusters, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Monitor medical progress, identify barriers to recovery, and develop return-to-work plans. Prepare timely, detailed case reports and documentation while managing your own caseload across the assigned territory. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling with no bedside nursing, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout the Denver area
