Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families; performing treatments including IV starts, chest tube management, and wound care; educating and empowering patients and families on self-care; monitoring patient conditions with strong clinical assessment skills; ability to manage own schedule and work independently. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse recommended
