Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents, providing direct care according to individual nursing and medical plans of care. Direct daily functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments accurately while assessing resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians. Complete required documentation, including 24-hour condition reports and incident records, and implement updates to nursing and medical plans. Report resident risks such as allegations of abuse or neglect immediately to appropriate personnel. This role offers a salary range of $45.00 to $51.00, with compensation based on experience, credentials, and shift differentials. Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and current state licensure with at least one year of related experience.
