Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and the nursing process for assigned residents, providing direct and indirect care in accordance with state and federal regulations. Direct day-to-day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with facility policies while assessing resident conditions and responding to risks such as allegations of abuse or neglect. Ensure timely medication administration, complete required reports including 24-hour change in condition and incident reports, and document all care services rendered. Communicate changes in resident plans of care to the interdisciplinary team and physicians, maintaining effective collaboration to uphold the highest standard of care.
