Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents while providing direct care in accordance with the nursing process and facility policies. Direct LPNs and CNAs, manage medication administration, and respond to resident conditions through interdisciplinary collaboration. Complete required documentation including 24-hour change reports and incident records, and implement changes to nursing and medical plans of care. Ensure timely reporting of resident risks such as abuse or neglect to appropriate personnel. Requires an Associate's Degree, current RN license, and one year of experience. Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available at King James in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
