Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents, providing direct care in accordance with the nursing process and state/federal regulations. Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with facility policies while assessing resident conditions and responding to risks such as abuse or neglect. Ensure timely medication administration, complete required reports including change-in-condition and incident documentation, and communicate assessment changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain effective communication to assure the highest standard of care for each resident.
