Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents, providing direct care per the nursing and medical plan of care. Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and facility policies. Assess resident conditions, administer medications, and communicate changes to physicians while documenting care and incident reports. Serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor as assigned. Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team to assure the highest standard of care. Requires an Associate's Degree in nursing, current RN license, and one year of experience.
