Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents, providing direct care according to individual plans of care and state regulations. Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, manage medication administration, and lead as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor. Conduct resident assessments, communicate interdisciplinary team changes, and complete required documentation including 24-hour change reports and incident records. Provide immediate response to resident risks such as abuse allegations. Requires Associate's degree, current RN license, and one year of experience. Full and part-time shifts available with hourly pay ranging from $45.00 to $50.00.
