Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams while monitoring health status and responding to changes. Offer clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs/LVNs, train staff on health-related topics, and ensure accurate documentation and medication management. Coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, and community partners, and participate in care reviews, team meetings, and service planning to support compliance with healthcare regulations. Requires an active RN license, ASN or BSN, at least one year of clinical experience, and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- ASN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EHR systems and basic computer tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
