Job Summary
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse role in occupational health clinics within Mobile Health. Provides direct patient care including health screenings, vaccinations, and clinical intake; supports cross-functional care teamwork and can back up Medical Assistants. Responsibilities include assisting with occupational health screenings (audiograms, vision tests, vital signs, pulmonary function tests), safely administering vaccines, verifying patient identity and eligibility, monitoring post-vaccination reactions, maintaining EMR documentation, vaccine storage/inventory compliance, patient education on vaccines and aftercare, conducting TB screening, ensuring smooth patient flow, HIPAA compliance, and contributing to clinic operations. Requires active NYRN/LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, EMR experience, CPR certification, and 1+ year of clinical experience; typical hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm across multiple NYC locations (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program
- Active/unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of New York
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- CPR Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare or outpatient setting preferred
