Job Summary
Registered Nurse with Ohio license needed to deliver high-quality care across Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, and Alzheimer’s/Dementia units. Responsibilities include IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and other physician-ordered treatments; perform comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions; provide leadership by supporting nursing assistants. Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN License
- Strong documentation skills; experience with PointClickCare is a plus
