Registered Nurse

Coordinate shift oversight and nursing processes for assigned residents, providing direct care according to nursing plans and state regulations. Direct day-to-day functions of LPNs and CNAs, manage medication administration, and respond to resident conditions using the nursing process. Serve as Medication/Treatment Nurse, unit Charge Nurse, or Supervisor as assigned, while ensuring accurate documentation of care and timely reporting of incidents or changes in resident status. Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of care. Full-time role (11pm-7am) with salary range of $45-$55 per hour.
