Job Summary
Conduct in-home client assessments, develop individualized care plans, and guide caregivers in following care protocols. Explain HomeWell's services to prospective clients, build trust, and assist with care coordination, quality assurance, and incident follow-up. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff. Complete required supervisory visits while monitoring service quality and changes in clients' needs. This part-time role includes local travel for assessments and supervisory visits, with some administrative work completed remotely. Newly licensed RNs are encouraged to apply with mentorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse license
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout Canton and Cherokee County
- Basic proficiency with email and electronic documentation systems
- Willingness to learn HomeWell's care-management and consultative sales processes
