Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients, including direct patient care and patient/family education; support professional nursing practice across the continuum of care; demonstrate leadership through preceptor roles, informal/formal leadership, and quality improvement efforts; delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, and resources; participate in committees or projects; may drive a personal vehicle as part of the role; eligibility for TN sponsorship with state licensure and VisaScreen completion.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
- Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Licensure(s) and/or specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
