Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for adult cardiothoracic surgical patients, including pre-op assessment, intraoperative circulating and scrubbing, and post-op handoff. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
