Registered Nurse - Cardiothoracic Navigator - $85,000

Coordinate the referral process and triage incoming patient requests from physicians and hospitals to ensure rapid access into the Cardiothoracic Surgery program. Provide direct nursing care, plan and evaluate patient care using department standards, and facilitate shared decision-making with cardiac surgeons and PAs. Educate patients and families on the referral steps, evaluation procedures, and tertiary care transitions while collaborating with the inter-professional team. This role requires a BSN and minimum two years of cardiac care experience, with a Florida RN license and BLS certification. The position offers $85,000 annually plus potential sign-on and relocation bonuses.
