Job Summary
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care outcomes using the nursing process while interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ensure quality care through efficient resource use, evaluate intervention effectiveness against evidence-based standards, and make clinical decisions prioritizing patient and team needs within Virginia nursing practice standards. Obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS/PALS within 120 days.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Virginia or compact state
- Must obtain BLS within 90 days
- Must obtain ACLS within 120 days
- Must obtain PALS within 120 days
