Job Summary
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process while interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Determine intervention effectiveness by evaluating outcomes against evidence-based practices. Ensure quality care through efficient resource use, making decisions that prioritize patient safety and team success within Virginia nursing standards. Obtain BLS within 90 days, ACLS, and PALS within 120 days; hold a Virginia or compact state RN license.
