Job Summary
Direct patient care in cardiology, directing support staff for assigned shifts and performing ongoing biopsychosocial assessments. Identify physiological changes, communicate patient status to multidisciplinary teams, and implement clinical interventions to meet patient needs. Document the nursing process, monitor response to therapeutic actions, and contribute to quality improvement activities. Ensure safety and security for patients, families, and staff while adhering to all regulatory standards and policies. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse or eligible in the State of Illinois
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Certification of BLS CPR
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
