Job Summary
Coordinate nursing care in a cardiology clinic, delivering direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. The RN will support professional nursing practice per the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, contribute to planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of care, and demonstrate leadership through precepting, informal/formal leadership, and quality improvement initiatives. Ability to mentor, teach, and participate on committees or projects is required; driving a personal vehicle may be needed for some responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- RN license or nursing licensure in the state of Florida
- Cardiology clinic experience preferred
- TN sponsorship available
- F1 OPT allowed for post-completion, not STEM OPT
- VisaScreen or equivalent certification for sponsorship
