Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiology/Cardiac Rehab/Heart Failure at Yale New Haven Health System. Provides patient-centered nursing care in alignment with the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act, ANA Scope and Standards, and the YNHHS Professional Practice Model. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, health teaching and promotion, and evaluation, with collaboration across the patient care team. Emphasizes culturally congruent practice, leadership, ethics, and quality care. BSN preferred; CT RN licensure and BCLS certification required (or obtained within one month of hire).
