Registered Nurse/Cardiac Transplant

Conduct cardiac stepdown nursing care for patients following heart transplants on night shift. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage post-operative complications while providing patient education and emotional support. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions of care and maintain accurate documentation.
