Job Summary
Deliver direct nursing care while adhering to organizational protocols and physician orders. Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized patient care plans based on real-time assessments. Serve as the central hub for medical disciplines to ensure unified patient treatment. Evaluate and organize resources for strategic discharge planning to facilitate safe patient transitions. Maintain BLS certification within 30 days of hire and hold a current Tennessee Board of Nursing or Compact State license. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State'
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
