Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department while utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice and assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care, positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high quality patient experience. Full-time, 36-hour week with Monday-Friday 7:00am to 7:30pm shifts and rotating weekends. BSN degree preferred, current Illinois nursing licensure, and BLS/CPR certification required.
