Job Summary
Lead the healthcare team by establishing authentic relationships with patients and support systems while collaborating with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Manage complex equipment including airways, ventilators, temporary pacemakers, drains, and drips for telemetry, post-operative cardiothoracic surgery, and structural heart patients. Accept full responsibility for care provision in accordance with current policies. Requires current RN licensure, BSN preferred, and one year of relevant experience. Night shift rotation from 7pm to 7am at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One year relevant experience
- Successful completion of a Board approved refresher course (if license inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and not licensed in another state during the last five years)
- Application for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course (if license inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and not licensed in another state during the last five years)
