Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned cardiac stepdown patients while maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Full-time employment offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with at least one year of experience. Requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
