Registered Nurse - Cardiac Specialty Unit (0.9 FTE, Nights)

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for children on the Cardiac Specialty Unit while adhering to state scope of practice and hospital policies. Provide supervision and delegation to nurse technicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other team members as defined by state administrative code. Collaborate with families, significant others, and the health care team to ensure safe, family-centered care and support strategic goals such as continuous performance improvement and patient safety. Obtain and maintain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within three months of employment. Full-time equivalent role with nights shift.
