Job Summary
Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab participating in a standardized immersion residency training program, with orientation, unit-based clinical experiences, and didactic instruction. The RN works under a Preceptor and Nursing Unit Supervisor to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, contributing to cardiac rehabilitation and broader nursing initiatives. Requires an active RN license and Basic Life Support within 30 days; degree requirement includes Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's in nursing. Role involves inpatient hospital care with no travel; prior experience of 3 years preferred.
