Job Summary
Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab – participate in a standardized immersion residency focused on cardiac rehabilitation. Under the supervision of a Preceptor and Nursing Unit leadership, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients within a structured training program that includes orientation, unit-based precepted clinical experiences, and didactic instruction. Engage in collaborative relationships with managers and participate in nursing initiatives and hospital councils to elevate patient outcomes and the future of nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- RN - Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Nursing
- No Travel Required
- 3 years experience required in nursing/clinical setting
