Job Summary
Conduct cardiac rehabilitation nursing care for patients recovering from heart conditions, including monitoring vital signs and managing recovery plans. Perform telemetry assessments and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to strict infection control protocols within the department. This role offers a 36-hour day shift from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with an ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire. A BSN or MSN is preferred, along with one year of acute care experience. Qualified candidates may receive up to $15,000 in sign-on bonuses.
