Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab

Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated care. Carry out physician and nursing orders while applying evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to deliver age-specific and clinical needs described in the department's Scope of Service. Demonstrate professional nursing standards guided by the ANA Code of Ethics, maintaining a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned in a day shift setting with no on-call requirements.
