Job Summary
Registered Nurse with cardiovascular specialty experience to oversee and participate in the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program. Responsibilities include supervising exercise sessions, monitoring participants, charting assessments and progress notes, communicating results to physicians, and contributing to care plans and discharge planning. Requires knowledge in cardiovascular/ pulmonary anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology; proficient instruction and counseling techniques; ability to guide behavior change and coordinate multidisciplinary care; monitor vitals and telemetry, and ensure proper documentation. Licensure and certifications in BLS and ACLS are required for practice. Location: Hardinsburg, KY (on-site at hospital).
