Job Summary
Cardiac Rehab RN role performing nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for cardiac and pulmonary patients recovering from procedures. Provides patient- and family-centered care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, coordinates discharge planning, documents care per policies, and supports evidence-based practice and quality improvement. Requires active RN license in AZ with BLS; ACLS preferred and minimum two years in cardiac/pulmonary settings. Per diem shifts are offered with flexible scheduling within Banner Thunderbird’s cardiac rehab program.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- At least 2 years of RN experience in Cardiac Rehab or cardiac/pulmonary setting
- Per diem/registry experience acceptable for Banner Staffing (BSS) roles; travel/acute care experience may be preferred
