Registered Nurse-Cardiac Progressive Care

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to cardiac progressive care patients by monitoring rhythms, vital signs, and patient responses while administering medications and procedures with clinical judgment. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create individualized care plans, educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care, and document assessments accurately within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold patient safety practices while providing compassionate care aligned with Mercy's mission of service and dignity.
