Registered Nurse Cardiac Neuro stepdown

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct the care team via delegation, coordinate patient resources, and manage time to deliver care consistent with licensure and guidelines. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, revise care plans based on clinical outcomes, and provide accurate, timely documentation while maintaining legal and ethical standards. Promote the nursing profession and integrate professional etiquette into daily practice. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN within four years for new hires. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO, with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
