Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals in cardiac neuro stepdown settings using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Direct interdisciplinary teams through delegation and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to coordinate patient care delivery. Reassess clinical outcomes and revise care plans based on patient response, family satisfaction, and achievement of goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45–$57.29 hourly in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
