Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, technology, and evidence-based practice. Direct the interdisciplinary care team through delegation, coordination, and collaboration while managing time, supplies, and resources to prioritize patient needs. Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and physicians, including education and referrals for post-care support. Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans based on clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 36 weekly hours at $37.45-$57.29.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
