Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct the care team through delegation, coordinate patient care delivery while managing time and resources, and revise plans based on clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Provide accurate and timely documentation, maintain legal and ethical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN degree. Located at Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with 36 weekly hours and an hourly range of $37.45 to $57.29.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
